Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Claiming your profile, responding to reviews, and basic analytics are free forever. It is in our interest that every business engages with its reviews.
What happens after the 14-day Growth trial?
You choose: enter a paid subscription or drop back to Free automatically. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe — we do not even ask for a card to start.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Monthly plans cancel anytime and end at the period close. Yearly plans can be downgraded at renewal. Your reviews and profile remain regardless of plan.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?
Yes — registered nonprofits get 50% off Growth, and startups under two years old get 3 months free. Mention it when you talk to us.
